Credit Education Services Agreement

1. Educational Purpose

One United Enterprise LLC provides educational and informational services relating to consumer credit, financial literacy, budgeting, mortgage readiness, homeownership preparation, debt education, and related financial topics.

Our educational services may include, but are not limited to:

• Credit education
• Credit report education
• Mortgage readiness education
• Homebuyer preparation
• Financial literacy instruction
• Budget coaching
• Debt management education
• Credit score education
• Educational consultations
• Personalized educational action plans
• General financial guidance
• Referrals to independent third-party professionals

Our services are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

2. No Credit Repair Representation

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, One United Enterprise LLC is not acting as a credit repair organization and does not represent that it will perform credit repair services on behalf of the Client.

Accordingly, the Company does not promise or guarantee that it will:

• Increase any credit score;
• Remove negative information from any consumer credit report;
• Challenge, dispute, or verify information with any credit reporting agency on the Client's behalf;
• Obtain financing;
• Secure mortgage approval;
• Improve a credit profile within any specific period of time; or
• Produce any particular financial or credit-related outcome.

Educational discussions regarding credit improvement strategies are provided solely to increase the Client's understanding of consumer credit principles.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Every individual's financial circumstances are different.

One United Enterprise LLC makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding:

• Credit score improvement;
• Mortgage qualification;
• Loan approval;
• Interest rates;
• Credit report changes;
• Debt reduction;
• Financial improvement; or
• Any other specific outcome.

Past examples, illustrations, educational demonstrations, or success stories are provided solely for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.

4. Educational Consultation Fees

Clients acknowledge that all fees paid to One United Enterprise LLC compensate the Company solely for:

• Professional time;
• Educational instruction;
• Consultation;
• Coaching;
• Research;
• Preparation of educational materials;
• Administrative support; and
• Personalized educational guidance.

Clients are not paying for any guaranteed result, credit score increase, financing approval, or removal of information from any consumer report.

5. Client Responsibility

The Client remains solely responsible for all personal financial decisions.

The Client understands that:

• Educational information is not legal advice.
• Educational information is not tax advice.
• Educational information is not investment advice.
• Educational information is not lending advice.
• Educational information is not financial planning services unless separately contracted.

Implementation of any educational recommendations is entirely voluntary and at the Client's discretion.

6. Independent Third-Party Service Providers

One United Enterprise LLC may recommend or introduce Clients to independent third-party businesses when requested or when appropriate.

These may include:

• Mortgage lenders
• Mortgage brokers
• Housing counselors
• Credit counseling agencies
• Credit repair organizations
• Attorneys
• Certified Public Accountants
• Insurance professionals
• Realtors
• Financial professionals

These businesses operate independently.

One United Enterprise LLC does not own, supervise, or control these providers and is not responsible for:

• Their advice;
• Their pricing;
• Their performance;
• Their licensing;
• Their availability; or
• Their results.

Any agreement between the Client and a third-party provider shall be separate from this Agreement.

7. Company Personnel

For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Company Representatives" includes:

• Owners
• Members
• Managers
• Officers
• Directors
• Employees
• Independent contractors
• Consultants
• Volunteers
• Advisors
• Referral partners
• Affiliates
• Authorized representatives

No Company Representative has authority to guarantee credit improvement, financing approval, mortgage approval, or any financial outcome unless such guarantee is expressly contained in a written agreement signed by an authorized officer of One United Enterprise LLC.

8. No Professional Relationship

Participation in Company educational services does not create:

• An attorney-client relationship;
• A financial advisor-client relationship;
• A CPA-client relationship;
• A lender-borrower relationship;
• A fiduciary relationship; or
• Any licensed professional relationship unless separately agreed to in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, One United Enterprise LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, referral partners, consultants, advisors, successors, assigns, and authorized representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to educational services provided under this Agreement.

Except where prohibited by law, the Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the educational service directly giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

10. Client Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless One United Enterprise LLC and its owners, members, employees, volunteers, contractors, consultants, referral partners, affiliates, successors, assigns, and authorized representatives from claims arising out of:

• The Client's independent financial decisions;
• Misuse of educational information;
• The Client's relationship with third-party providers; or
• The Client's breach of this Agreement.

11. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, presentations, guides, worksheets, software, graphics, videos, documents, templates, and written content remain the exclusive intellectual property of One United Enterprise LLC unless otherwise stated.

No materials may be copied, distributed, sold, modified, or reproduced without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

One United Enterprise LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard Client information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Florida and federal privacy laws.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties concerning the educational services provided by One United Enterprise LLC.

14. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any legal action arising under this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Florida.

Client Acknowledgment

By purchasing, scheduling, registering for, or participating in any educational service provided by One United Enterprise LLC, I acknowledge and agree that:

• I understand the Company provides educational and informational services.
• I understand that no specific credit, mortgage, or financial outcome is guaranteed.
• I understand I am paying for professional educational consultation and time, not for guaranteed results.
• I understand I remain solely responsible for my own financial decisions and actions.
• I understand that any services offered by independent third-party providers require separate agreements.
• I understand that no employee, volunteer, contractor, partner, affiliate, or representative of One United Enterprise LLC has promised any specific credit score increase, financing approval, or other guaranteed financial result.
